Andrea Haines, a wife and mother of two young children, tragically died at the age of 34 while waiting for a bone marrow transplant. Andrea graduated from Cairine Wilson High School and was a partner in Mican Business College.

TK Group has been proud to sponsor and help organize this event since Andrea’s death in 1999 with all proceeds going to the Canadian Blood Services Bone Marrow Donor Registry. TK Group enjoys helping the community and in 2006 expanded the charities to include the Canadian Diabetes Association and the Ottawa Heart Institute. These charities hold significance to our staff who have been affected directly or through family members. Last years tournament permitted us to donate $8,000.00 to each charity, thanks to everyone who participated to make it a success.
