Dear Milan, I want to thank you sincerely for selling me critical illness insurance. When I bought it seven years ago it seemed a no-brainer and a good supplement to the disability insurance. As you know I have been disabled the last few years and my only regret was not topping up my disability coverage as my income rose. In fact I nearly cancelled the Critical Illness as money was tight. Fortunately I did not as I was diagnosed with breast cancer a few months ago. My Critical Illness claim was paid within 30 days and I am using the “best doctor” service to get a second opinion from a world authority on male breast cancer!
